Our Team :
Pierre Lefebvre is a founding partner
of the CCI Leadership Institute who contributes over 25 years
of management experience in the private and public sectors. In
addition to his current role in business development and marketing
for the firm, he participates actively in the consultancy practice
in the areas of human resources, strategic planning and policy
and program development. In the public service, he was a Senior
Assistant Deputy Minister in the Public Service of Canada where
he was responsible for an operational budget of $187 million and
managed 4,000 employees in over a hundred offices in Canada, Europe
and the United States.
As a founding partner of the CCI Leadership
Institute, Andy Molino's professional training as an Organizational
Psychologist, combined with over 20 years of senior management
experience, give him a unique perspective on emerging trends in
management. Sought out as a highly respected coach and counsellor
for senior executives, he also consults in the areas of organizational
culture analysis, strategic human resource planning, and job analysis.
In addition, he designs and delivers training programs that focus
on leadership skills crucial for success in today's work environment.
Jane Bergin, a co-founder of the CCI
Leadership Institute in 1997, has over 20 years experience in
consulting and public sector management. As Director of Research
at the Leadership Institute, Jane oversees the development of
high-impact strategic leadership and coaching programs. Her main
interests are in group facilitation, team building and human resources
consulting to the public and private sectors. She holds an M.A.
in Psychology from Carleton University.
Our Associates :
To ensure that our services meet our clients' needs and expectations,
we are associated with a highly qualified group of consultants
and coaches from cities across Canada. Our associates provide
coaching services to support our leadership training programs
and contribute their knowledge of the issues facing leaders from
the government and private sectors in different regions of the
