The Coaching Network fosters individual development by supporting current or prospective leaders as they take planned, concrete action to realize their leadership potential. This program offers:

availability of support to clients from other coaches within the network

Our coaches speak from experience . . . and from the heart. Collectively, they provide you with access to expertise gained at senior levels in government, industry and the military -- an expertise they are committed to sharing with a new generation of leaders.

A Customized Program Matching Coaches to the Client's Background and Job Context
Following an in-depth interview to assess client needs, goals, and personal preferences, we select a coach from our roster of more than 35 currently active network members. Throughout the coaching contract, we maintain contact with both client and coach to ensure that the match is an effective one. We offer flexible access to all of our coaches with a clear focus on client needs.

The Highest Levels of Quality, Professionalism and Confidentiality
All coaches active in The Coaching Network have accepted the pledge of ethics and standards of conduct adopted by the International Coach Federation. All are committed to a high level of professional and ethical practice in their work and life endeavours. All are actively involved in ongoing professional development.

Access to Other Coaches Within the Network
By contracting with The Coaching Network, you are accessing the entire resource pool. Should you and your coach identify a need which another coach within the network is better able to meet, then you may transfer to the second coach for part or all of the remaining coaching contract. Of course, if a referral outside the Network is more appropriate, this can also be arranged.
