Harmonious working relationships are not always easy to achieve.
Getting along with fellow employees sometimes can be the toughest,
yet most important part of our jobs. We can't always choose the
people we work with and, at times, our preferences, desires and
objectives are overridden or pushed aside by others. If problems
are not resolved, they can affect how we feel about the job, lead
to tension in the workplace and jeopardize job performance.
CCI assists organizations to develop harmonious working relationships
by using practical methods based on validated psychological principles.
Our objective is to assist individuals within client organizations
to replace non-productive beliefs and emotional reactions with
positive strategies that facilitate personal and professional
goal attainment.
More specifically, this program will teach organizations how to:
improve
employee working relationships
identify
the costs of not coping effectively with conflict
avoid work
sabotage and slowdowns by learning practical new ways to cope
with conflict
break cycles
of destructive retaliation in the workplace
This program will benefit those who:
motivate
or manage others
negotiate
or mediate in conflict situations
work as
part of a team
handle
client services and complaints
