Harmonious working relationships are not always easy to achieve. Getting along with fellow employees sometimes can be the toughest, yet most important part of our jobs. We can't always choose the people we work with and, at times, our preferences, desires and objectives are overridden or pushed aside by others. If problems are not resolved, they can affect how we feel about the job, lead to tension in the workplace and jeopardize job performance.
