CCI Founding Partner, Andy Molino's professional training as an Organizational Psychologist, combined with over 20 years of senior management experience, give him a unique perspective on emerging trends in management. Sought out as a highly respected coach and counsellor for senior executives, he also consults in the areas of organizational culture, strategic human resource planning, and job analysis. In addition, he designs and delivers training programs that focus on leadership and coaching skills crucial for success in today's work environment.

Jane Bergin, a co-founder of the CCI Leadership Institute in 1997, has over 20 years experience in consulting and public sector management. As the Institute’s Director of Research, Jane oversees the development of high-impact strategic leadership and coaching programs. Her main interests are in group facilitation, team building and human resources consulting to the public and private sectors. She holds an M.A. in Psychology from Carleton University.
