Individual Coaching

CCI Leadership offers a network of coaches for employees at all levels in an organization.

Chosen for their experience and expertise, our Coaches are seasoned, successful executives from the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.  Carefully matched based on professional and personal assessments, students work with their coach to address the specific challenges they are facing in their roles as organizational leaders.  We also maintain close contact to ensure the match is effective.
