The Fundamentals
of Management

A straightforward introduction to the basic skills they will need to access as new managers increases individual’s confidence in this new role.  In two one-day sessions this workshop covers: decision-making; delegating; balancing results and relationships as a new manager.

 

Coaching Essentials for Managers

A 1-day session that provides opportunities to practice the foundation skills for managers to coach and develop their employees.  It includes:

  • Developing a coaching environment
  • Essential listening & asking skills
  • Steps in the coaching process
