  • Positive self-management during change
  • Positive leadership strategies during change
  • Building personal resilience
  • Preparing a personal resiliency action plan

You as a Change Agent

Participants complete and receive feedback on the Change Style Indicator, an assessment instrument designed to measure preferred style when approaching change and dealing with situations involving change.
Interactive exercises focus on the strengths, pitfalls, and leadership styles associated with Change Style preferences.
