Becoming a
Coach Executive

The challenge for the ‘coaching executive’ is to make the transition from executive to coach/executive with full awareness of how the two roles differ. This six-month program includes an assessment of coaching skills, ongoing supervision and four workshop days for participants to understand and practice coaching skills and the coaching cycle.
