The group engages in a simulation that helps participants experience the powerful effects of system reengineering and process improvement, gain first-hand knowledge about the costs inherent in a 'siloed' system, and see the impact of redesign and collaboration on quality and customer service.

Team Diversity

With self awareness, interpersonal honesty, and mutual respect, the diverse ways in which team members approach team tasks can become a team's greatest asset. Participants receive feedback on their preferred Team Player Styles and gain insight into how each person on their team can make a unique contribution to a successful outcome.

Collaborative Teams

Prior to the workshop team members complete a brief online survey that addresses the strengths and weaknesses in their relationships as team members.  This information is a starting point for establishing group norms that are respectful and supportive.
