The group engages in a simulation that helps participants experience the powerful effects of system reengineering and process improvement, gain first-hand knowledge about the costs inherent in a 'siloed' system, and see the impact of redesign and collaboration on quality and customer service. |

Capitalizing on |
With self awareness, interpersonal honesty, and mutual respect, the diverse ways in which team members approach team tasks can become a team's greatest asset. Participants receive feedback on their preferred Team Player Styles and gain insight into how each person on their team can make a unique contribution to a successful outcome. |

Building |
Prior to the workshop team members complete a brief online survey that addresses the strengths and weaknesses in their relationships as team members. This information is a starting point for establishing group norms that are respectful and supportive. |
