Coach Executive Program

November 17th - November 19th, 2010

 

This program has been designed specifically for experienced executives who want to:

• Improve their coaching leadership style so that they might be more effective within their own organizations, or...
• Establish themselves as external, or independent executive coaches

 

The program is divided into the following elements:

• Initial assessment, interview and screening.
• Two workshops with a total of four days of intensive classroom training and practice coaching.
• Six months of supervised coaching.

 

Who will benefit from this program:

• Executives at all levels within the public, private or not-for-profit sectors with a successful track record and recognized for developing others.
