Learning To Lead

This new course for managers builds on CCI’s 15 year proven Executive Leadership Development model, combining classroom training with assessments and coaching.  It delivers real time, problem-solving hands-on action learning to increase individual and team performance for organizations.

Learning to Lead will provide:

1.       A 360 assessment of strengths and areas for improvement as a leader

2.       Individual tracking and on-the-job coaching from an Executive coach over a 3 month period

3.       Two workshops providing three days of training that includes:

  • Managing action, individuals and teams
  • Engaging others – boss/direct reports/colleagues
  • Adopting a strategic perspective
