Many organizations have found that a group of very strong individuals
may make a surprisingly weak team. If team members are unaware
of their own personal styles or are unable to accommodate to the
team process, then the whole actually becomes less than the sum
of its parts.
Our Team Building program allows individuals to analyze their
contributions to team functioning, and to respond positively and
flexibly to changing conditions within the work team. This one-
or two-day workshop uses individual assessments, group discussions
and a variety of team exercises to enable participants to:
